Weight loss takes work, but it shouldn't take guess work.TM
We believe that sustained weight loss isn’t easy but have proved over and over that it can be done. Much like treating depression involves more than simply 'cheering up', weight loss involves far more than eating less and exercising more.
We aim to convince you not with the quantity but with the quality of the information we present. We hope that makes us different. The Diet Tired Blog is, and always has been, independent.
