Few would argue with the fact that we live in a calorie and caffeine crazed society. The above schematic may help you to moderate both.
I am certainly not against coffee or caffeine ingestion. Much like I am not against moderate levels of calorie restriction. What I am for is finding a middle ground that suits your caffeine and calorie desires while promoting improved health and happiness.
