Freebies! Ultimate Calorie, Fat and Carbohydrate Counter

imageFood calorie and carb counting books boast about the 20,000 plus food items that they have information for. But I would argue that this creates a major barrier to food tracking.

Why do we need to make our simple estimations so complicated? Close counts and when it comes to food tracking, the easier the better! So that is what we did, we simplified things.

The picture on the right represents an online calorie counter that resulted in 176 results when searching ‘bread’. ugh!

There is a better way and it is located below.

Calorie, Fat and Carbohydrate Counter

I subscribed to your Blog an saved counter to my Yahoo site but didn't print it. Your blog now is on my Yahoo site (great), but the counter is gone.  How can I get at it again without resubscribing.

Great stuff here. Thank you
